It's simple to buy from us, and there is no need to register with us either, as we use Paypal as our payment gateway.
However, you do not need a Paypal account in order to buy; All you need is a credit / debit card.
Just click on the "Continue Checkout" button in your shopping basket, then you will be asked your Country, which is set to United Kingdom already, so just click "Continue Checkout" again, to show you a summery of your order.
At the bottom of the basket you will see a tick box to confirm you have read the Terms and Conditions, that the ticking of which means you have read and agree to those terms.
You will then see below that, a "Secure Payment" button. Click this to be taken to the Secure, Standard, Paypal checkout page where, if you have a Paypal account, you can simply click on "Pay with my Paypal account" to log into you Paypal account with your e-mail address and password, to complete the sale.
If, however you do not have a Paypal account and do not wish to register for one, you can simply click on the "Pay with debit or credit card" link just below the login field. You would then just enter the relevant details of your card and name and address, to complete the transaction, securely and safely.
It's all totally safe, as Paypal use industry standard, secure servers with which to input your details, so you do not need to worry about security when using our web site to pay for your goods.
We aim to send your item out the same day if the order is early enough, or the next day at the latest. You will be informed via e-mail of the item dispatch, delivery service used (i.e. Royal Mail or Parcelforce), and tracking number if available.
When your parcel arrives, you should inspect your item as soon as possible for possible damage by the courier. I am not going to say what every other web site would, which is check you parcel before signing it, as the delivery driver will not like waiting much (I know because I have tried inspection before signing and it's better just to sign using the word "unchecked" on the form and check the item later). If you suspect that the item is damaged, you must let us know within 48 hours please.
Under the distance selling regulations, you are entitled to return your items back if, after inspection, you decide that the item is not for you. Even if this law did not exist, I would still offer this policy; However, as many of the items are spare parts, then I cannot accept items back that have been modified by you in any way. As long as the item is exactly the same as I sent it to you, then you can certainly and happily return the item but the original postage cost cannot be refunded, and the return cost back to us would be at your own expense.
